NBB Solutions regular support office hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST. Support assistance is available by calling our main phone number (416) 849-9878 and dialing the support help desk extension 102. If all of our agents are busy assisting other customers, please leave a message and they will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may submit a support request through our support email system where a ticket will automatically be created and you will be placed in queue for our next available support agent.

Emergency Support

For our customers that require 7/24 support, NBB offers 24 hour support monitoring, plus a 24 hour hot line that can be called in the event of an emergency. This emergency hot line can be reached after hours through our main phone service at (416) 849-9878.

Ticketing Support

NBB Solutions offers a priority ticketing queue system for direct support for all of our customers. Simply submitting a support request via email to support@nbbsolutions.com, a ticket will be automatically created on your behalf and set you into queue for our next available support agent to assist.
